Learning In Laos: Laotian Women & Education With Phin And Paeng

Although there are more women then men in Laos, fewer women actually end up receiving an education there, with many expected to live up to traditional expectations of being wives and mothers.

Volunteers Phin and Paeng however were fortunate enough to pursue higher education, and they believe that more girls should be given the opportunity to go to school and achieve their dreams.

Although they've faced challenges in their respective journeys, the duo hopes to encourage more girls by sharing their personal experiences.
