Laotian students are known to be eager learners, especially when it comes to learning English. They seize every opportunity to better their speech, including stopping tourists on the streets of the Luang Prabang Night Market for a quick English lesson.

Our team decided to see this for ourselves — venturing into the festive night market where we were approached by a group of 14-year-olds who taught us some Laotian phrases in return.
