If you’re feeling down about the circuit breaker extension, you’re not alone. As the circuit breaker continues, some of us might find ourselves suffering from cabin fever.

With all the bad news constantly going around, it’s hard not to be caught up with the negativity.

We hope that this video helps shed light on the difficulties we are all facing, as well as provide advice on how to ride this out.

It’s not easy, but let’s show empathy, grace and gratitude for one another and do our part to flatten the curve.
